Andy Jacobi is an influential leader in the hospitality industry, with a passion for founding and scaling restaurant groups. With over 13 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his executive roles. Recently, he served as the VP of Finance at State of Play Hospitality, a multinational social entertainment company boasting 11 venues and generating $75 million in annual revenue. His strategic mindset was pivotal during his tenure as CFO at Sticky's Finger Joint, where he managed a fast-casual fried chicken and French fry concept across 14 locations in New York and New Jersey. Andy further honed his leadership skills as the VP of Operations at Taim, a fast-casual Mediterranean concept with seven restaurants in New York and Washington, DC. Before founding Untamed Sandwiches, a 4-unit sandwich shop chain in New York City, he spent five years in investment banking and private equity at JPMorgan and DLJ Investment Partners. Andy earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a BA from Middlebury College. He now resides in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and three children. Passionate about sports, he enjoys coaching his kids’ teams while also indulging in soccer and tennis whenever he can.
